No, the company does not pay a dividend on its common stock but instead reinvests earnings back into the company.

Has Petrohawk had any stock splits?
On July 15, 2004, Beta Oil & Gas, Inc. merged into its wholly owned subsidiary, Petrohawk, which merger reincorporated Beta in Delaware and changed its name to Petrohawk Energy Corporation. Prior to such merger, Beta completed a one for two reverse stock split of its common stock on May 26, 2004. As a result of the reverse stock split, each holder of Beta common stock owned one half as many shares of Beta common stock as it previously owned.
